Sberbank launches a corporate virtual consultant for Messenger

The largest Russia’s bank has developed ‘Sberbank for business’ – a bot for corporate customers on Facebook. The virtual assistant was created to provide bank’s customers with quality 24/7 support.
Currently, the bot offers the following functional capabilities:
- search for the nearest ATMs based on user’s location;
- sending a request to pay for online and offline purchases with a bank card;
- verification of identifiers for private entrepreneurs and legal entities.
Apart from abovementioned functions, customers have an option to ‘Ask a question’. If a customer selects it, he will be transferred to the admin of the group.
Sberbank representatives reported that the bot would feature more capabilities soon. For example, it will be able to book an account, show exchange rates, order services for cash logistics, etc.
