Portal Postavschikov launched its own chatbot to work with clients

The website of Portal Postavschikov (Suppliers portal) has launched its own chatbot in the Telegram messenger. It has been developed last year within the first Moscow hackathon of the company. Bot @zakupki_mos_bot responds to the most frequent asked questions of user:

  • registration on the website;
  • e-signature certificates;
  • technical issues;
  • working with contracts;
  • quotation sessions.

To get consultation, you need to go to the link, enter ‘start’ and select the block you need. The chatbot responds instantly. If something goes wrong, there is always a possibility to contact the operator.
