New features of the Oracle Cloud Platform

Oracle unveiled the updated mobile platform Oracle Mobile Cloud, which is part of the Oracle Cloud Platform. It features smart bots with integrated AI technology.

Using a new platform, companies can receive high-quality analytics to improve their services – web sites, chatbots or mobile applications. These tools help companies to better reach their customers and employees.

In addition, Oracle provides new opportunities to communicate with many clients, it analyses the interaction between employees and customers.

Oracle Mobile Cloud’s main feature is the use of AI technology along with machine learning mechanisms, information services, interactive programming technique and contextual tools, etc. This will help to better automate conversation between the client and the company in order to involve more participants.

Company’s smart bots support such popular instant messengers as Facebook Messenger and Skype, as well as virtual assistants Amazon Echo, Amazon Dot and GoogleHome. Full integration into the organization to provide access to servers with data, analytics, sales funnels and other indicators is among additional features.
