Chatbots – new handbook format in Moscow

Moscow authorities are considering the idea of introducing a special chatbot that would help Moscow residents quickly find answers to the most popular questions.

At the moment, experiments are being conducted on making doctor’s appointments online. Future plans include teaching the bot to answer different types of questions, like how to send a child to school, where do you get a driver’s license, what are the subway working hours on holidays, etc.

To fully implement chatbots, one first needs to study the city residents’ need of such a service. Now databases with the most popular questions and answers are being formed, after which they will be implemented into the chatbot.
