Doc+ chatbot helps doctors collect patient data

Mobile clinic Doc+ has created a chatbot for collecting information about the patient’s diseases. This is the first artificial intelligence based system in the Russian Federation. Its task is to collect data on the patient's problems and form a complete map of their health condition.
Today there are about 300 experts in the company database: therapists, pediatricians, neurologists, otolaryngologists and others. There are no traditional appointments: doctors provide home visits only during the day, and remote consultations are available 24/7.
Thanks to the new chatbot, medics can help patients more quickly, since in many cases, studying the medical history takes up most of the time. AI helps reduce the time of collecting information about the patient, and the probability of making mistakes when reading the records of previous specialists.
For now, the chatbot is available for Android based smartphones and tablets. For the iOS platform, the bot will be released in February 2018.
