Capital One launches chatbot with artificial intelligence

Now clients of the Capital One bank can communicate with smart Eno chatbot, which is able to provide data on accounts and allows the user to pay loans right in the chat.

Eno chatbot was developed using artificial intelligence technologies, so it understands users perfectly, communicates quite naturally using their language and even reacts to emoji. In particular, if you send a ‘bag of money’ image, the chatbot will display current account balance. To confirm the transaction, you may just send a thumb up emoji. Thus, Eno allows you to receive any information or make payment quickly and conveniently.

Representatives of the bank note that they deliberately did not focus on the gender identity of Eno, as today many criticize chatbots for female names. When the chatbot is asked about its gender, it answers: “Both”.
